Child Safety Standards

CSAE and CSAM Are Strictly Prohibited

Any content, conduct, message, image, or link constituting child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited on Suffle and subject to our zero-tolerance policy.

This prohibition covers the sexualization of minors, attempts to engage minors for sexual purposes (grooming), and the sharing, solicitation, promotion of, or linking to CSAM.

18+ Age Requirement

Suffle is intended solely for people aged 18 and over. Account creation by anyone under 18 is prohibited. When we detect the presence of a minor, we close the account immediately.

Reporting and Feedback Mechanism

Users can report child safety concerns to us without delay. Such reports are prioritized and reviewed urgently.

• You can email our Child Safety Team directly (contact@sufflesocial.com) to report any content, profile, or message suspected of CSAE/CSAM.
• You can use the in-app blocking tools to stop all interaction with a user.

Enforcement and Response

When CSAE or CSAM is identified, we take the following actions:

• The content is removed immediately and the account is permanently terminated.
• CSAM is reported to the relevant authorities and organizations such as NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) as required by applicable law.
• The incident is logged and we take steps to prevent the user from re-registering.

Legal Compliance

Suffle is operated in compliance with the child safety laws applicable in the jurisdictions where it operates and with Google Play policies. We review these standards regularly and update them as needed.
